Great location near the train station and convenient for exploring the city. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was modern and had a large flat screen TV, which was a nice surprise. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that any issues were promptly resolved. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection of warm and cold items in a clean and modern dining area. The hotel also had excellent internet connection and air conditioning. I would highly recommend Univers Hotel Liege-Guillemins for a pleasant stay in Liege.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was superb, right next to the magnificent train station. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with plenty of room and a luxurious bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, offering a good selection of food. Additionally, the hotel had secure parking available, which was perfect for us as we were on a bike tour.

Convenient location near train station, easy access by car, close to parking garage. Friendly and helpful staff, especially Charline at the front desk. Comfortable beds and elevator. Good breakfast variety and bar/restaurant staff despite language barrier.

This hotel is a great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. Its location right across the impressive Santiago Calatrava-designed train station makes it incredibly convenient for travelers. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities in the rooms, such as comfortable beds and air conditioning, ensure a comfortable stay. I also appreciated the fact that breakfast was included, with a convenient start time of 7.45am.
All was up to par, no improvements needed.

The location of the hotel is top-notch, being perfectly close to the train station. You can have the main train station right in front of you, making it super convenient for travelers. the rooms are clean and comfortable, equipped with a flat-screen TV and free wi-fi. The bathroom is brand new and cleverly designed, even including a heated towel rail. You can also enjoy a wide range of Continental-style breakfast options at the buffet.
The noise from the street and train station can be bothersome, especially if you're a light sleeper.
